If you think about it the 1990s was the best decade for F1 for the fact that there was more action and that the FIA didnt keep changing the finishing result of a race because someone gained an advantage of 0.01 seconds. But also that there were all those crashes. If you think the biggest recent crash was in 2007 when Kubica crashed in Canada which definatly made that race more exciting.
