Lewis Hamilton takes the world championship title. I’m going to allow myself a little ‘hell yeeeeeeah!’ in there. But crikey it was tense wasn’t it? I can’t think how it could have been anymore edge of the seat than it was.
Lewis certainly proved he’s learned a thing or two since last season’s finish, and drove a brilliantly mature race. It did look like it might have been a bit too mature right at the end there mind you!
Felipe Massa did an awesome job also, and you’ve got to have the utmost respect for the way he drove and the way he handled himself after the event. I think those two are going to have many more tussles in the years to come.
Anyway, it’s not really about what I think, so I’ll leave it to you guys. And if those of you who were backing Massa could not do any booing like the Brazilian crowd, then that would be good.
And we haven’t even watched the new TG yet! This day can’t really get any better.

i think a had a slight heart attack.
Kudos to Lewis, a great drive from Massa.
Now let’s just hope that next year’s new regolations adds some spice to the races.

fabulous you couldn’t have rehearsed that it was the most tense race ever out of all tipes of races

Please British fans be respectful and not cocky and I hope all of that cockiness that had “disapeared” from Lewis does not return. As we saw were it not for Glock letting Lewis through, it would have been a different story. Please be a gentleman Lewis I beg of you. I would have liked even more if you had gone and congratulated Massa on the podium or in the press conference. That would have been something to see. Anyways congrats Lewis…just hold on to your mouth and don’t let it run too much.

Congratulations to Lewis, very mature drive but I think McLaren were keeping him a bit too conservative which ended up with him in more trouble than necessary. Poor Massa and brave Glock for gambling on staying out on dries.

I still don’t know what happened with the Glock. The end of a race was a bit confusing for me

My heart was in my mouth, that was REAL edge of the seat stuff. So glad it all came good so close to the end. Hats off the Massa for his bittersweet win.
