When will the BBC get Jonathan Legard off our screens and out of F1. The guy just has no clue about the sport. All he does is repeat his collegues every word. Calls out lap times and talk complete sh**t. Get him off.

Jonathan Legard is the worst mis informed commutator I have ever heard. James Allen was by far the better man bring him back for godness sack. I use to thnk ITV had it wrong with the ad break in the middle of race day but I could suffer that quicker than Jonathan Legard. He needs to get back to the horses.

I have been watching F1 for way more years than I care to remember and have enjoy and been pissed at more commutators than can be believed. But Jonathan Legard should be awarded a medal for the top position of ignorance in broadcasting. I mean were BBC on the cheap when they put him in place beside the very bearable Brundle. Having suffered james Allen for so long you know Red Lights Out GGGGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO the prat we now have Legard stating the obvious each lap and giving race positions on lap one behind the pace car and on and on to the point where you just enjoy watching the muted race. BBC you could do so much better than this old has been hack. Maybe we really have t lower our expectations but this is really aweful.

I think it’s a good team apart from Jonathan Legard, the way he was talking Vettel round the last lap was awful. I never thought I’d say this but James Allen seemed better. Legard keeps tripping over his words. Murray is the best commentator I’ve heard however, total legend!
