Lewis Hamilton insists he is right back in the F1 title race, thanks to a ballsy second place at a rain-blighted Korean Grand Prix.
The McLaren ace picked up 18 points for finishing second in Yeongam and is now within striking distance of leader Fernando Alonso, with just two grands prix to go.
“We can still do it,” said Lewis, who trails Alonso by 21 points. “We’ve got two races coming up where I really feel we can fight with the Red Bulls and Ferraris – nothing is out of reach.”
However, defending champ Jenson Button admits that barring a miracle, his title challenge is now all but over. But the Brit won’t throw in the towel just yet. “I’ll now have to rely on the cars in front of me failing. But until I can’t win the championship mathematically, I have to keep fighting,” said Button.
“I can’t do anything except laugh, because that was the most hysterical race! I didn’t have any grip and was just so slow – I was pretty much the slowest person on the circuit. It was a pretty horrific day, really.”

sorry lewis but i am pretty sure you and jenson’s season is over…. GO WEBBER you can win all as Aussies are supporting you and we will be up at 2am in the morning to cheer you on….

Even as a hamilton fan, I think lewis has is work cut out. I reckon the only way he can win is for alonso and webber to have a retirement each and for him to win at least one of the final races

This its really a special F1 year, the Red Bull are the supercars in the grip but hamilton and alonso can win this year, for me Hamilton will get the championship i dont think ferrari can finish the 2 races left with out a DNF.
the red bull drivers need more Exp to get their championship!
