Aston Martin had a cracking race at Le Mans this weekend, and although a third place looked tantalisingly possible near the end, the three cars in front held on to their positions.

Whisper it: Aston Martin could get on the podium this afternoon at Le Mans. At least, that’s what we – and everyone else rooting for AM – are crossing our fingers for.

There’s some drunken/sun casualties around Le Mans at this time of the evening, but luckily none of them are in our TG Crew. Fingers crossed it stays that way… The racing is tight and really full on at the front, with champions Audi and challengers Peugeot going at it hammer and nail.
